GENERAL:
This is the entire Liberation International Ministries Radio since
its inception to present. It is full of music, teaching, info and
bible reading. It is an MP3 CD and has tons of hours of content that
a regular CD cannot hold. You have to play it in an MP3 CD player.
The LIMR Radio CD is “Not For Sale” or a commercial output, where
it maybe offered for sale is done so you may get a copy if you please,
otherwise it can be freely downloaded or reproduced unaltered. Any
proceeds received are mainly to cover the cost of doing so, to the
third party publishers/distributors and designer (cost of production);
LIM, LIMR, Mr. McQuick or anybody does not receive any money as producer(s)
of this CD or profits, neither claim copyright to any gather content
on it. It is simply a radio station broadcast of a ministry (non-profit)
and not a music CD you buy in stores. Songs are joined in mp3 files
so they can't be copied. You must purchase the CD of the song you
want from that artist at your local store. We own no right to the
songs, just simply an Internet radio giving off good tunes. Thus we
are not liable to any copyright breach. Purchase the album of the
artist you like at your Christian Store. The purpose of radio, ours
also, is to promote these songs and artists that you go out and obtain
their albums. This CD and radio is free, no fee is directly charged
and we receive no revenues from advertisements.
Third
party distributors (cafepress, lulu, radio site hosting, etc) are
not affiliated in anyway to this station, ministry, founder, DJ's
or anyone in relation to this Christian outreach. They are simply
that, distributors that have waived connection to us and cannot be
held liable to anything or incur any damages, costs, losses, or expenses
via any so-called third party rights infringement; this is inherently
agreed upon production by this statement regardless of any prior or
later agreement. Nonetheless, and with that said, no infringement
cannot be incurred on any front (they to me or you to them) because
the 'shopowner' owns the station in question and can legally distribute
its content. And especially that those people who are featured on
it are “of the Christian persuasion” and are not given to such commonly
abusive exercise of litigation (1 Corinthians 6:1-8); plus they welcome
the promotion of their savior via the promotion of their talents (and
themselves) here. Nevertheless, if anyone notice their work and want
it removed, we will definitely attempt to do so immediately; as we
respect the wishes of others, even prevention of unnecessary litigation
to a volunteer ‘incomeless’ Christian ministry that barely survives
by the grace of God. The same goes for graphics used on the disc and
other CD design, all were free graphics obtain from the W3 years ago
from an oversees website from oversees eastern artist, with no copyright
or disclaimer notice to them, which should not incur infringement
as well, being like the method obtained this exploit is free and not
commercial oriented; much gratitude to the unnoticed artists, whom
I can’t recall at the moment but offered free graphics to the site
users, nonetheless, in respect, the former sentence offertory is also
given.

OF RIGHTS: Warning for
controversial reasons, any person, including those affiliated with
any government, police, investigative agencies or any agency, local,
regional or even universal; you cannot enter our computer or download
files from our computer or third party site. If you enter our computer

of the Internet Privacy Act signed by Bill Clinton and that means
that you cannot threaten my ISP or any person (s) or company storing
these files, and cannot prosecute any person(s) affiliated with my

shall LIM, LIMR, Mr. McQuick or anyone associated with this ministry
or station or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental,
indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but no limited
to, damages for loss of profits to artists featured on the station,
business interruptions, for personal injury, for loss of privacy,
copyright breach or infringement, law sue to you for any reason whatsoever,
losses to your customers or recipients, loss to your personal property,
business or third parties because of use or law suit) arising out
of or in any way related to the use of or distribution of this radio
CD. You yourself give up the right to sue or seek compensation of
any kind for any reason from LIM, LIMR, Mr. McQuick or anyone associated
with this ministry or station or its suppliers. This disclaimer is
the entire agreement between you and LIMR relating to the Copying
